WHAT WE DO...

MA-Consult is a civil engineering service provider firm. Its  managing director, Eng Moein Abdulghani, is an accomplished engineer who had executed major projects for the largest construction firm in Saudi Arabia.

He  later formed the successful partnership  Special Structures Ltd which was commissioned by Saudi Oger and  Obeikan in 1998 to execute value engineering and programming tasks for Phases II and III of Mina Pilgrims Tents.  

In  2006 the MD was  retained by SL-Rasch GmbH, the designers of Makkah  Clock Tower, in  Germany to manage and coordinate the design and planning  activities  amongst the various contractors / sub-consultants. The  assignment has finished recently with the construction phase nearing completion.
